Pet owners have the power to protect their pets

For thirteen years, Missouri Lost & Found Paws has been a leader in supporting lost and found pets within the community. Most pets go missing due to accidental situations—these things can happen to anyone, even the most diligent pet owners.

As pet owners, we have the power to protect our pets against unexpected events.

Many pet owners in our community are already proactive, which is great to see! Your voice and influence can drive meaningful change within your social circles.

PET OWNERS, please make sure your pet’s microchip is registered to you and include a secondary contact. You can do this for FREE at https://www.mypethealth.com/auth/signup/step1?type=microchip.

Your pet should not have to face rehoming through adoption or, worse, risk euthanasia. It’s up to you to ensure they have the best chance of returning home.

As the holidays approach, consider giving the gift of security by covering the cost of a microchip for a friend or family member’s pet. And remember—registration is essential for the microchip to be effective!
