Did you know that many pets will escape during storms through open windows?  Even those with screens!  As a pet becomes frightened, they will do anything they can to escape what is creating anxiety.  That includes, busting through a screened in window, or a window with a small opening.  Where there is a will, there is a way.

We at Missouri Lost & Found Paws want you and your pet to stay safe during our Missouri storms.  Please take precaution as the weather changes.  Watch the weather forecast.  Even the best manner pet will become frightened in an unpredictable storm.  Our pets also change in behavior as they age.
